Save MeRain Pouring down.    Soaked from head to toe.    A single street lamp flickers above.  Thunder crashes loudly over head.    Jagged strokes of lightning flash across the sky like long, horrid cuts.     
Kneeling on the hard pavement, the loose gravel cuts deep into knees.  Back curved, face pointing towards the soaking earth, arms crossed against chest.  Wavy rain-saturated hair hangs lank over my face, shielding my eyes.  
Uncrossing arms, I take fist-fulls of gravel in my hands, clenching and unclenching my fists.   
I lift my face towards the heavens, as another clap of thunder sounds. Save Me

HeartMy heart lay...torn, mutilated, bleeding  Cut myself, rip it out  Throw it, bleeding, hit the wall  Run, screaming  I curse you all  Slam the doors  Slash my arms  My heart is no more  I want to die...want...to die

They laughedSick of their lies, the saddened girl cries,  Curled up in the corner with blades to her wrists  They took all she had, nothing is left.  They took any chance for her happiness.   
The crimson tears run down her arm  As she sings the words I’ve often heard-  Words of hate-  A girl’s self harm.   
The world won’t miss her when she’s gone away  Her heart’s being blackened and now’s a deep grey  Their lies and their cursing  The things that they said  
They burned away life  With the things that they did.   
They knew that it hurt her and they laughed deep insid They laughed
